When I told my parents that I was having a baby, my mother immediately booked two trips to come see me.   We decided to put together a simple five day smoothie challenge for the five days leading up to St.Patrick's day! The smoothie recipes have been carefully created to add nutrients into your day without much effort. Some recipes have detox effects on the body as well.
