5 day smoothie challenge- Day 1
We decided to put together a simple five day smoothie challenge for the five days leading up to St.Patrick’s day!
The smoothie recipes have been carefully created to add nutrients into your day without much effort. Some recipes have detox effects on the body as well. What better time to pack our bodies full of nutrients than the week before we indulge in some Guiness and Jameson’s!
1 frozen banana
1 cup of spinach
1.5 cups of almond milk, milk or milk alternative
Place all ingredients in the blender and blend!
