Recently, I served this Cranberry & Wild Rice Stuffing along with more than 65 pounds of roast turkey to approximately 40 University Students. The dressing and turkey were a huge hit as there wasn't a single spoon of dressing left over and only about 6 ounces of turkey and one wing. I cooked and stuffed 5 turkeys in total.   We decided to put together a simple five day smoothie challenge for the five days leading up to St.Patrick's day! The smoothie recipes have been carefully created to add nutrients into your day without much effort. Some recipes have detox effects on the body as well. What better time to pack our bodies full of nutrients than the week before we indulge in some Guiness and Jameson's!
